How was this tube created?

This paper tube was created by Premier Paper Tube in Skokie, IL.  With over 30 years of experience producing printed rigid tubes for the most discriminating brands worldwide, Premier offers exclusively domestic production for unmatched service, flexibility, and turnaround time.
