How was this tube created?

This paper tube was created by Premier Paper Tube in Skokie, IL. With over 30 years of experience producing printed rigid tubes for the most discriminating brands worldwide, Premier offers exclusively domestic production for unmatched service, flexibility, and turnaround time. For decades, Premier Paper Tube has been utilizing Ecological Fibers’ products to create many of their packaging designs.

How was this tube decorated?

This tube was printed on a Mutoh® printer using it’s rotary tool in three passes

1. First Pass: A white underlay, to help the next ink layer stand out
2. Second Pass: CMYK for the logos, chocolate, and text
3. Final Pass: A clear varnish was added to add a glossy look and texture to the chocolate accents
