Our line of thermo-reactive materials allows your product to display a fine line, high detail design without the cost of foils or inks. This medium is achieved through the method of heat burnishing. Heat burnishing is the process of hot stamping a pattern or design into a material that leaves a refined, crisp, darker notation of the die. Utilizing heat burnishing conveys an immediate sense of quality and luxury to a finished product and helps establish a design in more ways than one. The options and intricacies of including burnishing to any of these materials are endless. This is only possible due to the nature of thermo-sensitive materials and how they are designed for heat sensitivity.

Each product in our thermo-reactive line caters to the requirements of your product in unique ways. Rainbow® 3 Thermo was designed with sustainability in mind. Recyclable and repulpable while being made from our dyed-through kraft paper base, Rainbow® 3 Thermo is perfect for box wrapping and end leaf. Mirage™ was designed to provide a leather-like appearance on a paper base, allowing for flexibility and a softer texture. Mirage™ works well as a wrap for packaging boxes and wrapping for yearbooks and journals. Aurora™was designed as a greener alternative to PU materials. It provides a durable and rigid cover with a soft-matte finish. Aurora™ works exceptionally with being used for case wrapping, menus, and case-bound books. Finally, Alpha® PU is one of the most consistent and dependable PU cover materials available. Made from a top-quality synthetic leather cover material, our offering of Alpha products provide the supple feel of leather and heat burnish brilliantly. Perfect for soft-cover bibles, menus, and journals.
